A community and incubator for women professionals and founders — mentorship, small cohorts, an annual retreat, and people who actually pick up the phone.
Free to join.
Pick the door that fits where you are right now. Most members end up in more than one.
Get paired with a mentor who's a few steps ahead — in your industry, your role, or your specific fight — for regular check-ins, not a one-off coffee chat.
Structured, time-boxed groups of 8–12 working on the same thing at once: launching a business, negotiating a promotion, or building the next stage of a career.
A few days away from your inbox with the community, in person — workshops, working sessions, and the kind of conversations that don't happen over Zoom.
A newsletter with opportunities, resources, and updates — plus a direct line to us if you want to help shape what this becomes from the start.
Our founder has wanted to build this for almost a decade. She's spent much of her career as the only woman in the room — fighting for fair pay, for the flexibility to work from home, leading teams of men who didn't always expect to report to her. Womencubator exists so that fight doesn't have to be a solo one.
"I spent years being the only woman in the room — fighting for my salary, my flexibility, my seat at the table. I don't want the next woman to have to fight alone."
— Sarah Gilbert, founder
